With a focus on japanese youth culture and unique social experiences, the 2-day event offers a multitude of programming and attractions. From hands-on workshops to crazy outdoor activities and an epic all-night party, Atomic Lollipop is a unique convention experience designed for people who love to socialize, create, and play.
Recognizing that the best moments in life are the adventures that you share with friends, Apop endeavours to facilitate these. More than just providing programming, we provide an atmosphere that allows you to make your own adventure and create your own amazing experiences. From no-rules bouncy jousting battles to a massive impromptu group hug with hundreds of people, the inaugural year was full of awesome people doing awesome things. SUPER SMASH BURLESQUE will be a gloriously nerdy Nintendo themed burlesque show presented by the Underground Peepshow!!!

And it is here, dressed in kigurumis (full-body one-piece Japanese animal pyjamas), that we will wait... and plot... for our eventual battle against all those who oppose the way of comfort.

In the beginning, there was a contest of strength between Almighty God and mother******* ninjas! Forget pirates. We're calling all scintillating sisters, black-clad assassins, burners, and otaku for a throw-down of biblical proportions! Who will prevail? Come dressed as a ninja, nunchuck-toting nun, or badass bible figure and go head-to-head in a massive musical battle between the heavens and the shadows. The internet's where we spend most of our days,
Chillin out, maxin, relaxin all cool, checkin out photos from last year's been cool.
But a couple of guys who were up to some good, started redesigning our web neighbourhood.
We had one little talk and our team got scared, we said "our website is too boring for our pals out there."
So we whistled for a friend and when he came near, he had sick web skills that he'd trade for some beer.
If anything we could say that this guy was rare and we said yeah, go for it. Load up that software!
We refreshed the page around 7 or 8 and we yelled to our buddy "Yo homes, it looks great!"
Looked at the layout, it was ready to share, a sweet new site for you Apoppers out there!
